Richmond, VA - Kate Dunn, president of local marketing firm Digital Innovations Group, recently published a feature article for industry trade magazine GATFWorld, the magazine of the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation. Her piece, VDP Road Trip, was featured on the cover of the October 2004 issue.
Dunn's article outlines the steps necessary to develop successful variable data printing projects; it also describes the dynamic and sometimes difficult process of producing variable data print jobs in partnership with more traditional vendors in the printing and mailing industries. In addition to VDP Road Trip, Dunn also published a follow-up to her 2003 article analyzing ROI in direct mail marketing.
Dunn continues to be an industry leader in variable data print marketing. In November of 2004, she was invited to be a guest speaker at the GATF Convention in Scottsdale, Arizona where she gave the presentation Partnering for Success: Building Digital Business by Outsourcing Critical Services. She also moderated the panel discussion Educating Customers on Variable Data Printing.
