Each December, DIG sends out a company holiday card to current clients, prospects and friends. The 2009 card directed people to a personalized web site or PURL to help DIG select a deserving charity for a holiday donation. Participants selected their favorite organization and provided updates to their customer information. DIG holiday cards have been recognized at the local and national level for their innovation and use of technology.
Results: Of 874 cards received, 12.6% visited the PURL and 90% selected a charity.
