diji integrated press is a printing company in Tampa, Florida offering web and relevant printing solutions. diji rebranded in 2007 and hired DIG to announce its new name and reposition the firm as a "strategic partner" to clients.

DIG developed a four-stage postcard series to promote the new name and highlight diji's cross-channel marketing, web-powered solutions and mailing services. The strategy targeted prospect and customer segments with relevant postcards and emails helping to create awareness for the new brand and generate leads for new services. Response was tracked via a personalized response mechanism or PURL.

Results: 15.5% response rate to the PURL. 17% of the respondents requested a meeting with diji.
